Maximum occupancy is 8 people, including infants and children per county regulations.
Deposit
50% of total rental fees is due at the time of reservation.
*A $500 damage/extra cleaning deposit may be required*
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund within 15-days of booking deposit.
No refund if less than 60-days from reservation unless another full rental is obtained at same rate.
