The Homestead is located in the historic Cardella's South Bay Resort on Little St Germain Lake in Northern Wisconsin. Our lake provides 972 acres of picturesque water and shoreline.  Home to a vast array of fish - Walleye, Northern, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Panfish, and trophy Musky!

 

The Homestead's interior has been completely renovated and is now open for rentals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There is plenty of cabinet and counter space that is fully stocked for all your dining needs! The dining room comfortably seats 8 - 10 people and also has a breakfast bar that seats 3 more! The living room remains a cozy gathering place around the grand fieldstone wood-burning fireplace. There is plenty of seating to read a good book or two, a 55" smart TV, and a desk for those who want to bring a laptop.

 

The first floor has a Queen bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. There is also an office with a full-size futon. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom including a large shower with an integrated bench. These bedrooms vary from a King bed with a twin (perfect for parents with small children), a nook with two twin beds, and a cozy Queen bedroom room.

 

We also have a built-in stereo system that connects via bluetooth or guests can access local FM and AM channels. The stereo system is available throughout the living room, kitchen, deck, and outdoor patio; each room with its own volume controls.
